Chiropractic care is one of the best ways we can influence the nervous system. I work on the spine and the cranium which house the central nervous system, the interface of communication between all parts of the body. I work directly on the physical structure of the body by looking at skeletal alignment and I help people gain awareness over their alignment in sitting, standing and in motion. I assess biomechanics and how people move their bodies and share ways be able to utilize your body in more efficient and effective ways. And I look at the tone and energy of the body and how that influences muscle tension and balance. Chiropractic adjustments are physical input directly into the nervous system at targeted areas so that your brain can get better information coming in (afferent) and have better motor and visceral output (efferent). This all adds up to a better functioning systems in the body (all systems), better motion, feeling good in your body, and better brain body connection.
