After you’ve done all of that work growing your baby and bring them into the world, it’s time to really focus on your body. Motherhood is a sport in itself with all of the lifting and holding required and I truly think women need to train for the job to protect themselves from injury. There is a lot of lengthening that happens in our core during pregnancy and over lengthened muscles are not very strong. I teach you how to reconnect to your core, strengthen, and protect your low back and pelvic floor which are more vulnerable during this healing time.
